Cancelling your purchase

You can cancel a Shortlist purchase within 14 days of buying it, for any reason or none, and get all of your money back.

We start researching as soon as you pay, because waiting a fortnight to begin would make the product worse. That does not cost you anything: we refund you in full even if the research is already finished and published. The law would let us keep a proportionate amount for work already done. We have decided not to.

How to cancel

• Email us. Send anything unequivocal to hello@uni-shortlist.com — "I want to cancel" is enough. You do not have to give a reason, use the form below, or explain yourself.
• Use the model form. Fill in the standard form below and email it to the same address. It is the form the law provides; it is not the only way to reach us.

If someone else paid for your dashboard — a parent or guardian, most often — they can cancel too, from the email address they paid with. They do not need an account here, and they do not need to go through you.

What happens then

We refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. Your dashboard closes when the refund is made.
